J's Electronic Repair

I dropped my phone off on 12/17/2023 and paid for a diagnostic test on my phone. I have spoken to them once after calling numerous times and even stopping the store which is always closed. They said they were waiting on a part and havent heard from them since. Im writing this review out of desperation because at this point I just want my phone back. Since no one is ever at the store and no one is answering the phone I hope someone will respond to this review. Update: Someone contacted me shortly after the review and was very apologetic. Unfortunately, my phone was unable to be fixed. It definitely wasnt a 5 star experience but because of the apology I will adjust my rating.

Im a local DJ and I needed my cracked computer screen fixed quickly! Not only did they fix it quickly, but they had the best prices in town, customer service was amazing, and these guys know what they are doing! Dont need to shop around, because Js electronics has you covered! Highly recommended

Jay is extremely kind and kept me up updated on the repair process when a problem with a part that needed to be ordered persisted. 10/10 customer service and turn around time for my repair!
