        I had the pleasure of being served by Rhys today, March 20, 2024, at the Geek Squad inside the Best Buy on North Academy Blvd in Colorado Springs. He was scrambling to wrap things up before taking a break but with professional courtesy and the patience of Job (Jobe) he served the two people who were waiting in line, me and another person and neither one of us had an appointment. I was second in line, and if he had said I needed to make an appointment and come back later I would have understood. But Rhys showed me today that customer service is important to him, and as a customer I greatly appreciate that. Thanks again Rhys!

        Went in and asked about replacing the screen on my laptop. Tech told me to purchase the $180 plan and to buy the screen myself on Ebay because it would be less and then being the screen and computer in. I go back and they tell me they do not change screens!!! I explain that THEIR tech sold me a $180 plan and told me where to buy the screen. Their answer? Call the 800 number and see if you can get your $180 refunded. What a joke. DO NOT USE THEM!
