    IN2STONE installed my kitchen countertops in April 2022 and it turned out perfect! They had fair pricing, everything was done pretty quickly, and their installers were so nice, I can't say enough nice things about this company!

    I had contacted several granite/quartz shops. In2Stone was the most response and friendly. The installers, the owner, and Alex were very responsive and accommodating. Any questions I had were answered in a timely manner. They had a good selection of stone, and were looking for something unique. There was never any pressure from start to finish. I have bathrooms to get done, so this will be my first stop. Thanks again.

    Pros: Variety of granite Office staff courteous tried very hard to be helpful Installers, including template guy worked hard, very knowledgeable Bathroom sinks decent size and seems like good quality Cons: Communication is not a strength in our experience, miscommunication all around. Not an itemized estimate, so had to find out that tear out was not included yet they charge a disposal fee. Worked with them to clear that up, but make sure if you need tear out you let them know as it isnt included in the original estimate sent. Speaking of tear out, we had our tile countertops removed by other professionals NOT IN2Stone and they saved our backsplash and did a great job; sadly, granite installers broke a corner of a mirror, which they glued back on, but they had plenty of room to not even touch the mirror.on us - as the contract clearly stated remove mirrors they are not responsible. Just couldn't understand when there was about a 6 inch gap between countertop and mirror that the corner got chipped. Scheduling was almost a nightmare: Templating afternoon appointment, installer called in morning to tell us he was heading over there why schedule an appt if they arent going to honor time scheduled. They had to come back at scheduled time because there was no way anyone was around. Also, install appointment was cancelled due to shortage of staff about 4 days before, had tear out and plumbers set to come out, had to reschedule. Then day of install told 9-9:30 arrival the day before install and they sent installers to Pueblo West. Installers arrived and showed paperwork to us where they were said to come to our home between 12-2.like we said not good communication, we could have worked a half day etc. Kitchen stainless steel sink, no one could tell me gauge, so we went with them for convenience, but looking at photo it has already been scratched so we am assuming low quality gauge sink. Caulking still gets wet looking even though we waited 2 days to have a plumber come back in. Also, there were areas in the kitchen the caulking is just not there at all. Photos show that. No mention of warranty although when asked was told it was on craftsmanship, like edgework, sink cut out and seams and it is for 6 months after install. Big issue we have is with sealer. Was told by office staff sealer needed to be done about once every 10 years, the installers told us once a year. When asked for clarity, owner stated it was a 25 year sealer but they recommend to reseal after 10 years. We have had 3 other reputable companies (Planite Granite, Legends, International Stone) come tell us that it isnt properly sealed. Water leaves stains pretty instantly, condensation from a pan lid left circle. This is all over kitchen, island and bathrooms. We had one stain professionally removed and all the counters resealed....it was NOT done right and Owner didn't care. Biggest issue is the owner Bobby Berry, (like a previous poster had posted), does not handle customers complaints well at all. His responses went from appearing to be helpful to being downright argumentative. Instead of easing our concerns, offering any type of information that would be helpful, very condescending, very disrespectful, not a great communicator at all. He wouldnt answer why or what would be causing the issue. Sad, the granite is beautiful, just wished communication was WAY better and customer service was a thing. If you are looking for professional advice, or peace of mind that you will be taken care of I would recommend looking elsewhere.
