Top Tier Stone

We had a good experience with Top Tier, they had a good selection of remnant stone to choose from and the craftsmanship was great. We are happy with our stone so far and will hire them to do our kitchen next

WORST company to work with!! I would stay far away from these guys!! Owner of company is immature and does not know how to handle a business properly. First we had an install date on the 18th. They did not show or cancel. We called asking what happened and we did not hear from the owner for over a week. We finally went down to the manufacturing place and talked to one of the workers who told us they would make us an address sign that they now are refusing to make and deliver in Lou of their non communication for a week. Second they did not have the proper equipment for the job and I walked into my house full of granite dust which will take me years to clean up!! Third 2-3 installs turned into multiple installs! Close to at least 10 times of having to rearrange our schedule to accommodate this company. Fourth They damaged our Thermador oven and refused to pay for the damages or even give us their insurance info to file a claim. Fifth the owner was very difficult to work with and threatened us multiple times with not finishing our job. Sixth the owner changed the price halfway through and took away all our initial discounts because they ran out of slab to finish the job because they did not lay out the slabs correctly. They said we would have to buy another slab and when we said no, which also made us cut out the bathroom portion of the job! the owner didnt want to give us the discounts. Horrible horrible company to work with!! Worst experience ever!! Stay clear of these guys!! Now we have to sue them for oven damages and they are threatening us with a 600$ lean which is half of what they owe us for damages to our oven.
