Ive been taking classes with Alyssa for over a year and I love her! She offers strength training and barre during the week and piloxing on Saturdays. Im over 40 and not in the best shape but she modifies all the exercises and I never feel less then because I have to modify. She offers such a great community through her classes and is always available to help me through my fitness journey. I love this class!!! Its small and intimate, you dont feel pressured by judgement at all. Everyone is so friendly and the instructor makes the class so much fun and inclusive! If you need any modifications shes there to help and assist. Ive been looking for a smaller workout class to join where I feel comfortable and this is definitely the one. Huge shout out to Alyssa, the instructor, for making any workout seem enjoyable and doable. Youre the best!

This is so fun!! So relaxed! Great group of people who have formed friendships. Always feel like Ive had a great workout when I leave. Big variety of workouts also. And kid are welcome as well!
