        Took my daughter to get her ears pierced. She got nervous and before we could talk her down the women discharged the earrings and we could not try again without buying a new pair of earrings, which are over priced to begin with. Employee was not friendly, not understanding. This place has always sucked. Go to a tattoo shop.

        The Claire's associate who manages this store at Promenade's mall in Briargate is extremely rude and unprofessional. She visits other neighboring stores in the mall and asks their employees to apply for a position at Claire's. When asked about it by other store owners she will display an extremely unprofessional attitude. Claire's has probably dipped low in their standards as they have hired someone whit a callous and unethical behaviour to manage their store.
