I just got my ears pierced 10 times! Had problems n the past my fault not theirs. I ONLY USE CLAIR's. Their Sister Store is ICEING. They cost more money then Clairs. There is a CLAIR's Club. U can earn nice things when u join the club. Check out what u get for your birthday, the day u get your ear pierced & other things as well. It's free 2 join. Don't have 2 pay to join. Made an appointment for ear piercing for my daughter at 4. When we got there, there was a hand written sign on the door saying they would be closed until 4:30. We waited and 4:30 came and went with no one in sight. They are completely unprofessional and obviously dont care about their jobs. Made me less than excited for them to PIERCE my daughter. We instead went up the strip to kay jewelry and my daughter had a wonderful experience with a very professional and experienced employee.

It's 30m past 10 and no one has unlocked the doors yet. The back door is open and a light is on..so I hope everyone is ok. I called and knocked for 10m, and nothing. Someone else had a 10am piercing appointment and they left because no one is here.
