Thank you, Jose, at the Hancock and Academy location! I appreciate you going above and beyond in helping me get my daughter's phone replaced!!! What was supposed to be a wonderful Christmas present turned out to be such an ordeal the last month and a half and although I was not able to get the phone that I originally purchased from a private person switched over to T-Mobile you at least made the experience of trading in as smooth and easy as possible. Thank you for your wonderful customer service! I'll be back to see you soon

Ok! Time to say something. This use to be my go to store very efficient and helpful with what you need. I go in last night at 6pm and the number one thing on ladies mind is they are closing a hour earlier at 7pm. Felt my money was not important to take. Then I go into today and nice guy went to go look for a phone that lady told me last night they had and in stock and I think he honestly forgot about me waiting?! Finally I left. Just like everywhere else t mobile customer service is going downhill. I handle my stuff online ordering.
