        Hello Michael Duggan. My mother at 88yrs - New smartphone from mailed with the Government - had everything and this was starting with T-Mobile. There was a new other SIM, but they can not work and Mike used twice. Mike was there about an hour, for then mother had to go to a doctor and Mike was still trying this "great new phone?" Called with Government, but they said that T-Mobile would not use? Thank-you Mike!!! I have a disability and mom's at 88 year. Wonderful for you, not some of people would not help. T-Mobile team are great!

        The customer service reps at this location was helpful and thoughtful, and I thank them for that. T-Mobile as a company has been ridiculously horrible in their integrity and service. It would take forever to go into it all, but suffice to say T-Mobile has caused unbearable trouble in my life, refused to take responsibility for their errors, and refused to correct them. I used to praise my experience with T-Mobile but have transferred to a new phone carrier and can only say that they can certainly appear trustworthy, but lack integrity in every sense of the word. I worked in customer service for over 11 years and am not prone to criticism, until today.
