T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

Josh was the BEST person weve ever worked with on cell phones, and were retirees. He was professional, incredible efficient, personable AND he found a charge on our bill leftover from the Sprint takeover. We had been paying that fee for a couple YEARS, and he caught it and eliminated it. He fought for a reimbursement for us. He multi tasked like no one Ive ever seen, working with three of us on different phones at the same time. Keeping every single thing in order. We have never written a review for a cell phone provider. Josh deserves every accolade he can get. Amazing person!

Unfortunately have to give because the store wasnt open during said operating hours and had no note or notice of them being closed. No answer when attempting to call either

Walked in, store was empty, 4 employees there. I explained to them my brand new phone from them was broken (not from damage) and I needed it warrantied out. They never looked me up, they just told me I needed to go to best buy and have them swap it. They said if they had to do it, they would have to take my phone, send it into t mobile and wait a week for them to "decide if it was broken" and then they might send me a new one. But best buy should be able to swap it right out. Best buy had no idea what I was talking about. UBreakIFix would be able to order parts in 2 weeks. Instead I went into a different t mobile store and they apologized for this stores behavior and swapped my phone out for a new one immediately. I won't be back.

Worst location ever. Hear me out. They will mis-quote you, say they put in a ticket to fix it and put credits on your account for months and months with nothing to show for, then drag it on for months and months.. Then they will just literally stop answering the phone at the store during working hours.
