Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The rental car was of poor quality and should be retired from the fleet until refurbished. I also called to get switched to a different rental. The car was too small for my family. I made another trip to the rental area at the airport and a phone call. On my in person trip, I was told there were no cars available and rep didnt do much to help me or tell me if there were any other options (maybe at another location). When I called the customer service line the next day, no one could direct me to someone I could speak with directly at the airport location. I was told a request would be sent to the location (and was given a request number). However, no one called me back. The only good thing I can say is that pick up and drop off were easy.

A shout out to Jaylee Kellar for her friendly, accommodating, and professional service. After long day of travel and flight delays a quick and painless experience was welcomed. Loved all the I fo about the area too! The second half of this review is the reason I didn't give 5 stars. First, 6:20 pm the vehicle I had a mechanical issue with the engine. Getting road side assistance through Enterprise was simple enough. Only took 20 minutes for AAA to get there. The disappointing snafu came with the remaining tasks I was instructed to handle from Enterprise. 1. I was told that I had to contact the local Enterprise office at the airport to let them know that the car was being returned and towed. Not sure why that was a task that was given to the customer. 2. A local number for the Enterprise desk in the Colorado Springs Airport could not be found. I phoned the number on my contract. This is turned into an aitomates run around. I finally just picked a random category so.i could speak to a human. Unfortunately the representative wasn't much help. Dhe kept giving me the.number I called her at. So frustrating. 3. I had to arrange.for.a.ride to the airport so that I could go to the Enterprise desk. I told them.about the tow and my experience. The guy sisnt.have apical number yo give me. He also told.me.there was nothing he could do to finalize the car return until they processed the return from AAA. Weird! Lastly, I received the final invoice and charged.liok fine. It is strange that there is no docume tation about the car issue and tow though
