Avis Car Rental

Excellent customer service. Katy the manager quickly rescheduled a rental for me after I scheduled the wrong dates. Her actions helped me to attend an out out of state funeral without having to find a rental at the last minute. Thanks so much.

The car was pristine and in excellent condition. The employee that assisted us was very friendly and even helped us save a little money! We will be using Avis for all of our future trips.

I have been renting from them for a few months now (so I can drive Uber), and all of my interactions with them have been wonderful. When I call or text with a question or issue, they always answer/reply quickly and help me any way they can. I definitely recommend them and will continue to rent from them for the foreseeable future. Thank you for all you do, folks!

As a Uber Driver I expect the policies explained to be to be both consistent and truthful. The employees at this location are neither at the same time. This affects my ability to at times have any income. Rent from another location. Do not believe a word Katie and Tiffany tell you and be prepared for gaslighting

Love the Garden of the Gods rental location! We always get a great car that is well maintained and clean. When checking out they mark everything we point out where some might think it is minor and not needed. Last rental there were chips in the windshield they willing marked during our walk around. Those chips turned into a crack. There was no issue on the return all I had to do was fill out an incident report and I was on my way. We are so happy we found this location!!!
