Hail Genie

My hubby and I ran into Marcus as he noticed the hail damage to our car, after checking the business out we were sold, the guys at hail genie went above and beyond dealing with our insurance, getting us set up with a car rental and getting our Jeep looking fantastic! They even detailed the car in and out for us! They have definitely gained a customer for life! You guys are awesome and thank you so much for helping us just when we needed it! We are customers who just moved here from Ohio and Marcus and his crew made this process very easy for us to get our car repaired! Thank you!

Let me just start this by saying I REALLY care about the appearance of my truck. Darn hail got me...again. I was familiar with the process and I was not thrilled about goingbthrough it again. The previous "body shop" that had "fixed" my hail damage was terrible and should stick to making baby food.this was where my insurance sent me. My experience with Hail Genie was exponentially better. Steven approached my wife at my home as they saw the truck was damaged. They went through the entire process with me in person and I decided to proceed. They waived my deductible and got me a rental car for the duration of the repairs. They kept me updated as the repairs finished. The end result is my truck looks better then it did before the hail and the team went above and beyond. 5 stars

Bought a new truck last August, nicest truck I've ever had. Well, we got nailed with golf ball sized hail in May. Needless to say I was devastated. Steven happened to stop by offering a free evaluation from the owner Marcus the next day. I said, "what the hell, what do I got to lose". After speaking with them both, I decided to look into the company before making a decision. Wow, great reviews on the BBB and Google. "Let's do this!" 8 days later, my truck looks like the day I bought it! Also got a nice detail service from these guys! She looks sharp gentlemen!
