In general, I have had good experiences at O'Reilly's locations, and my stop in at this store tonight was just another good one. I was having some difficulty tracking down batteries for a few of the cars I'm working on, but Brandon went above and beyond to help me select, find and order the right one, even going out of his way to call another store and have it ready for me to pick up as quickly as possible so I could get back to swearing at an Audi. Both Brandon and the woman working with him, whose name i am sorry for forgetting, were pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. Excellent customer service. Thank you guys!

I felt I was getting punk. With the lack of help. And then doing nothing at all. Oh look at there cell phone. It was Friday the 23rd in the evening I went into O'Reilly to pick up some spark plug wires the man gave me coil wires for the ignition part my wife is the one who went and picked it up the reason I'm saying anything is because I'm tired of wasting my gas to go back and forth to a parts store where people don't even know what the parts they're giving you it happens all the time if you can't hire quality people will then train them I will be in there first thing in the morning to take the wrong sparks plug .I hope someone got some gas money when I get there. The gentleman's name is Brandon that rang me up. Yesterday on the 23
