I wanted to wait a few months before writing a review to determine if I would still love my basement. I do! Jason and David were extraordinary to work with, providing the design and craftsmanship that my family adores. I especially appreciated the great organization between the teams. The City of Aurora has a permitting team that is highly qualified and hard on contractors (as they should be). I think they were even impressed with the quality of the work! If there is one thing I would have done differently, it would be to have an upgraded toilet system, yet that is a minor thing considering the scope of the project. After 4 months, I'm still in love with my finished basement and so glad I chose such a great team to complete it!

We were completely blown away by the fantastic job The Basement Sanctuary did on our basement. They got it completely (and flawlessly) finished ahead of time. The quality of the work was impressive as was their crew. All very professional and friendly and made what could have been a disruptive process smooth and seamless. The entire process from material selection to installation was easy and smoothly executed. Would recommend this company to anyone looking to finish their basement. We are so happy with the stellar results!!

Cant recommend The Basement Sanctuary enough. Jason and David were excellent to work with. From the timely return of the quote to finishing the job ahead of schedule, they were great. We recently hired The Basement Sanctuary to finish our basement and absolutely love our new space! From start to finish, Jason and David took the time to address our concerns and worked with us to get the job done. The whole process was unobtrusive because all laborers entered and left the basement through the windows. The quality of the work was well done and they even cleaned the entire space after the job was done (including the utility room!). We looked around at several contractors and these guys were by far the most reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them for any home remodeling projects you may have.
