Gary completed a kitchen remodel for us in the spring of 2021. His subcontractors were experienced, professional and efficient. Gary showed the utmost patience while we made changes and additional requests, and worked hard to make our vision work in a limited footprint. He completed the renovation on time and within budget; I would highly recommend Gary and would not hesitate to call on him for any future projects.

Gary and his crew at ONE Residential did an outstanding job for us. We completed an extensive renovation and addition (took our house down to the brick exterior walls, then popped the top). We interviewed 3 builders. Gary's proposal and bid were the most professional and the most thorough. Gary thought of items and potential expenses that the other builders didn't catch. Coupling that with his warm personality, it was an easy choice to go with Gary! Throughout the building process, Gary expertly managed hurdles associated with product shipping delays due to covid. Gary respected our budget and worked with us to make sure we were making the best financial decisions for various items that popped up throughout the construction phase. Also, as an architect-owner, my husband had particular ideas that needed to be seen through to completion with fine detail. Gary totally "gets it!" and was able to deliver quality design details. Gary exudes positive energy with professionalism and knowledge + experience to lead his projects. Gary's crew - the framers, the drywallers, the plumbers, the electricians, the tiler, the flooring installers, the carpenter, the metal fabricator, the stairs craftsmen, the painters - they were all trustworthy and skilled at their jobs.
