Staff with Lake of knowledge and unprofessional I went there to open checkin Account and one of the staff member did not open an account with a point that I am not eligible with my current status. I explain that lot of my friend has opened account at the same Branch with same account but the staff was in the mood to accept it and instead of accepting the mistake and correcting it, he/she started to blame that other staff members are not well educated about the rules. That means other than him/her no one is aware about the rules - including the manager of the same Branch. First time I have seen such behavior were a Bank executive says then other then him/her rest all staff is not aware about the rules and all his/her colleagues who opened some of my friends account did wrong. Even more worst is, when I requested to talk to manager I was informed that manager is not available and I will be contacted to discuss my issue and no one even responded. I would recommend everyone to think twice before coming to Wells Fargo or this branch. Even if you are coming you have to be super lucky to get the account open or else the staff will denied your request to open account without convincing reasons.

Refused to open the account when was provided with two forms of identification and the ssn. Unqualified staff.

As someone who has held an account with WF since 2007 its disturbing how unhelpful they can be and how they can turn away your appointment due to their company policy on not accepting the my Colorado app for identification. I made this appointment because I had my possessions stolen and since I only have a digital ID, they do not care or help in any way.
