Allie was SO HELPFUL and made the moving process such a breeze for me. I moved from Portland and was unable to come to Denver to look at places beforehand. She was very transparent with me about each place and even went to the apartments and FaceTimed me. I was not only able to see the apartment but also able to speak with apartment management and have all my questions answered via FaceTime. I am so in love with the spot she found for me! Allie helped us find an apartment when we moved from out of state. She made the process so easy and painless which we appreciated after the big move. We told her what we wanted and she did the research and showed us the different options she came up with. We signed for one of the places she showed us and have been really happy with our apartment, its amenities and the area. I don't think we could have found a better deal. I 10/10 would recommend her to a friend.

I had a great experience working with Allie at Peak and Prairie. She listened to all of my "wants" for a new apartment and helped my look at places i wasn't even aware of or considering. I ended up living in one of her recommendations and am really happy with my new place. I would recommend working with her highly!
