New Update 4/10/24: tl;dr - only a couple managers can seem to be bothered here and the rest cant, maintenance is pretty solid, this place is too old and insect infested to be this expensive for the poor quality offered, gates never work consistently, it is party loud regularly and childish sound dominance games are played frequently. Regular loud music to the point you can hear it clearly through closed windows and doors. Other issues are like walls so thin you can hear everything going on out in the halls, on all floors and even from other people on the sidewalks from the Evans side. This is from anywhere in the apartment like the door is gone. It feels like I live next to a frat house around here. With trash scattered all over, loud parties daily and nightly that devolve into shouting across the complex. Fights are also commonplace around here, whether from children or adults. The gates around this place are still purely for show. The side entrances for pedestrians are still about as useful as the main gates. Left open and reopened after being closed. Multiple cars stacked up in handicapped spots and emergency zones. Trash scattered throughout the entire complex. Paid parking spots are now communal apparently, cause Ive heard a few arguments start over parking spots and who owns them. This entire parking lot is also a makeshift repair shop since I see cars on jacks and being worked on daily as well, which also consist of parties and overly loud music. It took 8 months to get management to send exterminators to other units around us to investigate the roach issue to confirm it wasnt our fault, after Josias attempted to blame us for them. I invited multiple managers and owners to the apartment through Josias to verify that the roaches werent caused by us, Eddie alone showed up. He only looked in the kitchen pantry briefly and offered nothing helpful beyond transferring us to a new apartment free of cost, but we had to draw up a new monthly contract for everything else, had no evidence that the next place was clean and clear of infestation or anything which seems to be a common theme here. It took EIGHT months to get them to send the exterminators to the other apartments around us to find and remove the infestation. Now that I am trying to move out there is yet another infestation. Of ants this time. Other apartment interior issues. Mainline piping system has to be years out of date, since maintenance blames everything with the pipes on that. Water backups in the apartment arent uncommon. The last bad one had to have a plumber sent here and we got informed the pipes were so old and deteriorated in spots they couldnt be snaked without running the risk of breaking the pipe. This management team cant seem to get things nailed down. Poor communication is still an ongoing issue since weve had several meetings with managers set up that go completely ignored by them and we have received zero correspondence as to if they had to cancel for one reason or another. But they have some really solid customer service from two managers so they're trying to get better. If you need something done around here try to talk to Gissel or Andrea. Theyre the only two who seem to be able to get anything done.

I lived here for 2 years and no issues with the complex or the staff. I had very few maintenance requests and they were handled quickly. I outgrew the studio space and needed a larger living area which prompted me to move. I recommend if you are looking to lease.
