This is the worst place I’ve ever rented by far. Staff is rude and maintance takes months to fix anything . There’s rats outside the apartments and parking is horrible . The list goes on , do yourself a favor and seek elsewhere

I moved into these apartments July 23 and I seen roaches crawling all over/the walls in the sink everywhere and that we found a way to kill the roaches but then the roaches started coming back but then they were babies they scattered everywhere and they were laying eggs somewhere so we clean them back up the office is a bad that we feel takes forever to respond I’m getting my money back but I don’t know they’re not letting me know there was roaches there laying eggs somewhere and this apartment two bedroom two bathroom cannot be moved into and they’re still putting it up on we also found out that they already knew that when we moved in they already knew that the roaches were in there and they said they’ll move me out of my lease but it takes him forever to respond there’s two bedroom two bathroom with a washer and dryer cannot be moved into and they already put it on the market they’re wrong for this they should definitely get sued

Moved in the apartment on July 22nd and when I inspected it I found dead Roaches in the kitchen. If I see those I knew there would be more, so I tell the office and they suggest pest control. Who wants to deal with pests or pest control first week of move in? Nobody especially if they knew there was roaches before moving me in. I’m very disappointed, I never moved anything in or spent any time in there, but I still have to pay for 6 days. I have to leave my other apartment the end of the month and they don’t care. I’m off the lease but they are taking forever to send my money back to me that I paid which puts me and my 2 year old in a messed up situation. The office never answers the phone and they don’t care that me and my son need another place to stay ASAP. It’s been 4 days since I broke the lease and nobody has contacted me to tell me how much was coming back to me or anything like I was told. Horrible place. DO NOT RENT HERE!!! If you do check the apartment BEFORE you rent. They told me my unit can’t be seen until move in date. Don’t do it. They also never give you contact info for corporate or regional office to speak to someone in charge. They know they are wrong. At this point I’m talking to legal help because I shouldn’t have to deal with this. they KNEW there were roaches and KNOWINGLY RENTED TO ME which is ILLEGAL in state of Colorado.

The location of the apartments is great, however I'm still evaluating if I stay here. It's very slow the response to any repair request, which is my main concern. For example, having your AC out of order for more than a month is difficult. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings
