After dealing and working with many different HOA's in my time. I can truly say, Accord Property management has been amongst the best. The staff are friendly, and their service is timely and professional. Since moving into my new complex a year ago, there have been no issues with management, and always maintain the property to the fullest. Highly recommend them!

The staff is very rude. Be aware that Accord staff strictly enforce s accounting policies that automatically assess fees and penalties against the homeowners. When contacting the office and speaking with Kyle, I was told that Accord uses a third party to processes payments and that Accord is not responsible for how the third party vendor manages what checks/payments are accepted or rejected. Accord's accounting policy is to assess fees against the homeowners, month after month when their third party vendor/system returns a mailed payment without notice or reason back to the homeowner. Accord penalizes homeowners that use the US mail service and impose punitive policies that takes advantage of the lack of a third party notifications process. Kyle advised that the way to avoid being assessed fees/penalties and accounting practices was to use the Accord automated deposit process.

I couldn't be happier with Accord Property Management! They are constantly responding to residents' requests and concerns in a timely and efficient manner. They do an amazing job at keeping the community organized and running smoothly. Not to mention, there are never any hidden fees or extra charges. I highly recommend Accord to anyone looking for a great property management company.

For the past two years, they've handled the management of our rental properties, and I can attest that they're wonderful to work with. They're always proactive, and I appreciate how open lines of communication they keep with me and the tenants. My experience with them has convinced me that they are the most knowledgeable HOA management company around.
