Horrible company to rent from! I have been renting from them since 2014 with no issues until the last year. Furnace stopped working, requested maintenance and they did not rely for two weeks! Then they were surprised that I was upset and had already paid for repairs myself. They has no concern for our safety as we would have froze while waiting for the company to respond. They have also posted eviction notices on my door, after rent has been paid on time, and require the fees paid when the notice should not have been given. Will not take responsibilities for properties, nor their own accounting mistakes. As a long term renter, my advice is DO NOT RENT FROM THEM.

This is in reference to William Chioggi. He was my property manager for the last 1 1/2 years I was with your company. I have had the pleasure and the satisfaction of working with him on many occasions. On one time in particular I had trouble with a plumbing issue. When I call and spoke with him. He had looked up the information and noticed that it was the same issue from a year earlier. He made sure that maintenance got right on it, and apologized for any inconvenience. Mr William Chioggi, is a very customer service friendly representative. And I would like to thank him for all he has help me and my family with. Outstanding service two thumbs up

Calls people that they shouldn't have the number for. If I wanted to rent my home out, I would seek a company myself.

This company is the biggest scam out there renting properties! We have been renting here since November 2015 and its nothing but issues with them. They raise your rent every year! This year they are trying to raise our rent by $165. Which is absolutely ridiculous in the times we are in right now! They try to raise your rent but do not provide any maintenance to the homes! We have submitted seven work request since June 18th, 2021. Its now September 20th and nothing has been done. It took me to file a BBB complaint to get any response from these company. The property manager Jared Moates is the most ridiculous property manager! He doesnt respond to any of your emails! He will tell you in the state of Colorado its a luxury that they provide an ac in the home. Our ac went out in the summer when it was 100 degrees outside and it was 85 degrees in the home. My husband had to spend three hours to try and fix the unit. Like always we never got a single phone call from the vendor. I have health issues plus a five year old. Its taken almost a month to have someone from the higher department to get back to me. Of course this person is not welling to help as well. All they do is deflect and you cannot get any straight answers from the them. As more people stated on here the houses are in terrible shape when you move in. We also have a mouse infestation when we moved in. They were mouse droppings all in the kitchen and bathroom. They do absolutely no maintenance to the homes. They hold the tenants liable to hire pest control. They rent of these rundown homes to have the tenants pay for everything. There way of operating needs to be investigated and something needs to be done for these people to change there ways.
