        The community is awesome but Richmond American Homes has trouble responding to and fixing warranty issues. The contractors they choose (or have chosen in the past few years) fail to show up and honor their work. Many people have been fighting to get things fixed for well over a year. However, with all the trouble with warranty repairs, what Richmond American offers and how their supers construct the homes is very good. Their Design Center has very nice selections for upgrades too.
