I'm in the market for a new home, I don't want something already lived in an wrecked. I drove by one of these developments and thought I'd check them out but after reading all these NEGATIVE reviews, NOPE I'LL PASS. When a company can't even take a few mins to reply to a review and settle the disputes, I won't bother!

This is an update from 2022. For some reason I couldn't edit my original 5 star post. We closed our house on October 27th, 2022. We were supposed to have a 30 day walk through to see if there was anything wrong. Well, that never happened. I have emailed and called to no avail. We have white paint that is obviously in the wrong place in the exterior. We have a hole in the front door frame that the person who represents the builder put a red dot by, it's still there including the red dot. We have horrible cracks in the stair case after 2 weeks. I'll only put these things because I have pictures of them. My original post was 5 stars. KATE WAS AMAZING AND AWESOME. I miss you Kate.

You would think as a company, with social media playing such a big part on the way society does business, that customer service would the most important thing when it comes to the success of the business.
Customer Service:
We purchased a home from Richmond, during the process the service was outstanding, but as soon as we signed the papers that all changed. The things they told us would happen, never did. No 30 day walk through, no returned phone calls, nothing.
I don't know if Richmond has a social media department or if they are concerned with the reviews. Either way, if you are looking to purchase a home I would not recommend this builder or maybe Richmond will come through, right the wrongs and we will update our reviews to reflect the customer service we all deserve.
