Today I proudly celebrate my 1/2 Century Birthday because of the AWESOME work outs and incredible support I get at Scorpion Fitness and Premier Martial Arts. I also began my 4th Fitness Challange today and I am excited to report that the scale is still going down. For the first time I have more muscle than fat on my body, and my BMI has gone down from 37 to 30. I am happily on my way to my goal weight feeling stronger than ever and very GRATEFUL for the wonderful community I am honored to be a part of.

The new owners are great, the staff is amazing with both kids and parents alike. My son has been enrolled in the martial arts program for about 2 months and he is more focused, driven, and making new friend everyday. I tell everyone I can about how much I love this center.

Last week I completed the 8 Week Wellness Challenge with Scorpion Fitness Center and I am feeling very satisfied with the experience and the results. The center offers classes that are dynamic, fun and challenging on all levels. The atmosphere was never short of friendly and motivational. Classes include a warmup, workouts that target multiple muscles at the same time and LOTS of core strengthening moves, plus cool down yoga stretches to end the class. The classes are also very varied, exercises are the same overall but the workouts are organized differently everyday. The lack of monotony is great for the mind and body. This specific 8wk program included a guide to eating, not a strict meal plan, that is very helpful in creating healthier eating habits. On a weekly basis, progress was discussed thoroughly- weight, muscle, body fat (accurate amounts read by machine) and diet advice. Austin (trainer) is very knowledgeable, kind and determined to help you reach your goals. The instructors are excellent at providing feedback and communicating with its members.
