      image I love this place. Was a member for several years. Although I live quite far away, it was always worth the drive. I wanted a gym that was ladies only, had equipment geared toward women, quiet, no frills, no pressure and no ridiculously inflated pricing. I wanted a place where I could go into my own zone, feel completely comfortable and not worry about distractions or judgements. This is that place. If my current schedule would allow the drive, I would rejoin in a heartbeat. I always went early morning M-F. There were only a few other customers and the women that I encountered that work there were genine, authentic and caring. I really miss it.
