Prestige Fitness Aurora (Rebranding to Zone Athletic Club)

horrible gym, I dont think they have cleaned once since Ive started coming here a couple months ago I see the same stains in the locker room walls and floors, As well as the actual general area of machines is filthy. The music selection seems to be a playlist of about 10-15 of the same songs. Still busy, dirty, plenty of machines out of order all the time, rude staff, dumb contract disgusting bathroom. They also lock you out of the dance room with weights and thats literally the only room that has AC so if you go expect to be super hot because their AC system is the front door open with a fan coming in and 2 swamp coolers that they dont fill with water. Id Highly recommend not going here ever.

I signed a year-long prepaid membership with Prestige Fitness - $529 - at their Arvada location and a few months later they said they were temporarily closing because their landlord wouldn't renew the lease. I imagine the landlord gave notice and the business must have known about this issue when they allowed me to sign a new membership. The gym did not reopen and the company's billing vendor, Peak Payments, says they no longer process billing issues for that location. They directed me to a generic "info@prestige" email address and no one has responded. My membership still appears active, so it seems like I could get charged when the renewal period comes around. The contract also says you can't get a refund unless you move 25 miles away from the location or if the gym closes and they can't find an immediate replacement within 5 miles (they are clearly in breach of this part of the agreement). This is really deceptive and unacceptable behavior by the company's management. Save yourself and don't go to this gym.

They closed their location in Arvada Colorado and didn't inform me. I had an annual contract that had 2 months and 17 days left and they refunded two months. I enquired about prorating the 17 days and they said the decision was made that 2 months is fair. Trash management, trash communication, trash people. Find another workout place.
