        Hands down one of the WORST experiences of my life. They couldn't even offer a notary public service, I was turned away from 3 locations. Their fees are a scam, its all automated yet banks charge $30 for each declined charge? Making billions for doing nothing! Just A business like any other and just want your money. 2 hours and 5 phone calls later and still can't get past the call center. Got hung up on 3x though.
