        Over a week of run-around nonsense. Zero effort to be helpful. Has not solved the issue or been able to locate the replacement phone. Over a week without a phone. This location particularly closes whenever they feel like. Gives excuses and now they dont a answer their phone. Absolutely ridiculous support. They should be embarrassed by this kind of customer service
