How come you guys that work there can never pick up your store phone? I've called every day for the past 4 days, at random times throughout, multiple times a day. waiting and waiting, nothing. there's not even a t mobile auto greeting or business voicemail option. It forces me to come down there and waste time and gas just to check the status on something I've been waiting for. It's irritating and should be an obvious necessity to have a business phone or get one set up!! Ironic slacking at its finest. Or maybe it's just my luck but I doubt it.

I recently lost my phone and went to see if I could get a new one in store and was met with many brick walls. The T-Mobile employee I had the pleasure of working with was Colten F. and he was kind, patient and open to breaking down those brick walls anyway he could. We both could not surpass the many "dual verification" and "PIN number requirements" (which I couldn't provide). I ended up leaving with a flip phone so I could at least verify my logins and move on with my life. Bottom line is, this human was so easy to work with and so willing to do whatever it takes to get me what I needed and I highly recommend working with this location. Ask for Colten F. and I guarantee that you'll leave a satisfied customer. To add to this review, my husbands phone was stolen from the parking lot at king soopers and we needed to get it replaced asap. We walked in at 10am right at opening and there were two women there, Berenisse and Laura. They were the only two service reps in the store and people started flooding in Both women tag teamed customers and were taking care of people at the speed of lightning. They made our process quick and painless and were kind at the same time. Done in less than an hour. Were are again, VERY happy customers

Went in at 10 A.M. just as it was opening where both Berenisse and Laura where in the store and were busy with another customer. Only took a moment and then bam! VERY quick to fix my issue with a stolen phone. They put my mind at ease as they we're able to get my account unlocked, and set me up with a new phone on a plan that would net me more benefits AND gave my new phone insurance, all for a lower bill than I was paying. As one person would help me, another would continue to help others who filled the store, all flawlessly. Seriously, these two were amazing at their job and got me out of the store in under an hour! I had just came back from a funeral and had a very long week prior to the theft so having this become a non-issue gave me such peace of mind. Thank you again: Laura & Berenisse, you guys were my heroes that day.

They don't like serving the staff and when they do they do it in a bad way, they don't help you at all, look for another place, you will only waste your time here.
