bankers are not friendly not willing to help. had a quick fix and was told i couldnt be helped i drove over to anaheim hills and it was a 5 minute fix. wont be coming back.

Personally my girlfriend felt discriminated here with this location. My girlfriend is a foster who had shown up at this place hoping to open a bank account but they had denied her 4 identifications and demanded a utility bill to open an account. Which versus if she was the same 19 year old foster girl who had shown up there they would have easily helped her out. They did not try to help her with the lil sympathy of her being a foster child who does not talk English whatsoever. But when we go to anahiem THEY EASILY HELPED HER OUT . People can feel the way the want about my review but if your not white and trying to get some serious help DONT COME HERE. GO ELSEWHERE TO AVOID THE KAREN MANAGER . My girl was Foster no English or papers. But she did have her 4 identifications and money to deposit and NO HELP SADLY OTHERS LOCATIONS WERE FANTASTIC. Cant describe how I feel as a husband to my baby mom. THANKS TO EVERYONE LETTING ME SHARE MY PART NOT HERE TO ENGAGE BUT TO PURSUE AWARENESS.

Paul the teller at the front for very rude and not helpful at all. Wouldn't let me make a deposit with out my ID but I had my debt card. Not helpful at all

No real complaints. A bank is a bank, but Ill mention that I asked for a blank check here a couple months back and paid $2 or $3 for it. Ive written like one check every 5 years, so I figured whatever. Went to another branch the other day and it was free. They didnt even mention waiving a charge. Ill just avoid this branch to prevent getting nickel and dimed.
