The only reason I have an account here is because they include foreign currency exchange with the account benefits. I came here today to order currency for an upcoming trip to Chile and was told "Oh..we can't do that." Then Cristina Willis gave me some complicated excuse that made no sense saying I could try another location. Seriously? They advertise services, and keep the customer's money, and then do not provide the advertised service which is fraud. If you are traveling out of the US, in my case just to Mexico, and need a replacement ATM card it is a huge problem. They do not use DHL or FEDEX like other banks or credit card companies. They simply put it in an envelope, send it USPS, without any tracking number, or receipt to show who accepts delivery of the card. It is not only horrible customer service, but it as if they have never heard of identify theft. Yes, you have to activate a card but with info on the card identify theft is a huge risk if the card ends up in the wrong hands. Very irresponsible and beyond cheap. Are there customers not with more than the $10 it would cost to get them a new card while on vacation? They do not even offer the customer the option of paying to have it delivered using FEDEX/DHL/USPS priority mail with a tracking number.

not opened on Saturdays in orange county ca anywhere for your inconvenience. they will allow fraud to go through on your account though, even though you told them to flag it, not, once,, not twice, not three times... had to change my debit card 4 times last year because of their incompetence.

Their service is horrible. I was waiting for my safety deposit box. They completely ignored me. And then I had to go stand in line. And then I had to wait another 15 min because someone else wanted to get to their safety deposit box. As bad as the service gets. And they didnt even apologize for the inconvenience
