        Poor customer service. We went to the YL Branch 45 min before close time to add a joint account and they said they couldnt see us and need to schedule for next week or during the week the appointment . Mind you, we were there before close and it would not have taken more than 20 min to open the acct. We will definitely close out account and open elsewhere.

        I made an appointment on the app, as it said there was availability on Saturday. When I got there, only lights on with no one inside. Either the app messed up or the bank did not update available hours. Pretty disappointed.

        Whenever I visit there, they are super kind! English is not my first language. There are bankers who can speak Korean or Chinese. It was so helpful when I had some trouble.
