        These apartments are brand new with quality finishes in a great location. They are located in the Washington District of West Sacramento which is just over the I St bridge and near the Sacramento riverfront and Downtown Sacramento. The area has always reminded me in much smaller ways to old Brooklyn in relation to Manhattan. There are a lot of locally owned restaurants nearby like the Burgers & Brew in the historic Washington Firehouse. The area is always fun and vibrant. There are also other great restaurants and salons and retail shops nearby. This part of West Sac has a lot of history and soul with local business owners and historic buildings blended with new ones. Its not all new construction and feels like it has a lot of character.

        Great layouts and the location is very convenient! Shops, restaurant, etc. are all across the street. I really like the rooftop lounge as well. Great modern style finishes too. I was one of the first to tour this brand new building and I was impressed.
