Not Bashing the Complex itself.. however they're on sight security is Very Uneducated in the Security Department. Was trying to rent a Scooter in front of the Buildings on the Side of the Bar and my wife and I began to get Harassed by one of the security guards who even himself said and I Quote "go home you can't be around private property" while telling me if I wanted to talk "To get out of the Car" as if he wanted to engage in a Physical altercation. Last time I remembered that is a Public sidewalk. Very Unfortunate That we we're being harassed due to this Guy's Judgement being poor. So sorry you guys have to hire such a Well Equipment based Security team who lacks in people skills and Having better judgment for their line of work.

Really clean and updated apartments for a good price. Probably the nicest finishes & appliances I've seen for a studio. The covered parking situation is also great. Rose and Chris along with the rest of the leasing office are wonderful folks that really care. I definitely recommend The Block!
