I called in to put an work order in on 3/1/22. I called again on 3/17/22 to follow up on my work order. They responded we will document your work order. What were you guys doing last time i called. I went talked to them on 3/23/22. They were like we will get it checked. No one came to solve the issue. So, i went to the office, talked to Michelle. She stated that she was sick and hasn't been in the office for 3 days. Were all the employees gone for 3 days that's why they couldn't fix the problem. Today is 4/16/22, let's see when will they fix the AC. As tenants right i can stop the and take them to the court. Last year i was living here in 108 degrees for 2 months because they couldn't fix the AC on time. They need new management who can be more efficient, responsible, educated and reliable.

Last year i had a complain about AC not working. They took 3 months to fix the issue. This year i filed an work order on 03/0122 and 03/17/22 and 03/22/22 for AC not functional, but still no actions were taken. You demand rent on time, Where's the renter's right. I'll show them the renter's rights. I was impatience, but no more. We will meet in court.
