Unresolved maintenance issues for 2 years. Large door & window gaps allow outside noise, wind & dirt. Loud stove vent noise when the wind blows, humming/buzzing machinery sound in walls that reverberate throughout apartment & cold air blows through wall outlets. Not energy efficient as advertised. High onsite management & maintenance turnover, unreturned calls or office closed. Children are unsupervised, disrespectful, hold up the elevator so residents cannot use, bounce balls, run & scream down hallways & on play yard, defecate & urinate on walkways and in elevators. Drunk lady resident and weed smoking comes through vents. Called main property management several times and only one time my call was referred back to the onsite manager or no returned call at all. Onsite office received maintenance immediately when needed, but I am still waiting. The area for shopping is like driving down skid row with drug addicts & homeless. Worst apartment complex I've ever lived in. I was told my rent would go down after 3 months of moving in due to income range, it never did. I was told there would be a beer garden in the lower retail space, never happened. I am an educated and employed person who thought this would be a hype place to live near midtown, not so. This property is a co-op that caters to immigrant families, no services for single or older people.
