    This place has gone terribly down hill since the new management company Brittain took over. Theyve had 3 different managers in the last year with this last one being absolutely awful. She has no people skills whats so ever and has the worst communication skills. You would think these things would be a priority when managing apartments full of tenants! The laundry mat is a joke. The apartments are super small with paper thin walls. You can hear the person breathing in the next room and clearly hear a conversation in the next apartment. If theyre not going to provide decent apartments for the prices they are asking, the least they can do is get a manager who knows how to handle their job.

    The most terrible manager works in these apartments, we have experienced the work of this manager in your apartments. The manager does not work in the office from 11 to 6, as he says, and also does not pick up the phone, and transfers it to customer service, and for some reason the customer service manager answers the phone. The manager took money from us for the application and said that everything in the application was fine, and then called the guarantor and said that the guarantor did not have enough information about the SSN, but the manager did not get through to the guarantor, but the guarantor saw the managers call and called back, but the manager behaves horribly and only answers customer service calls.

    Awful Awful Management & inflated Rent!! Do not rent! Period! I'm glad I moved out as there current manager Lavon is awful to work with. The only thing Brittain care is lining their pockets with your money. Unfortunately, I visit as I have gay friends who still live there who deals with Brittain and terrible experience with their lack of customer service since there enjoy putting you on hold then hang up on you. Also the lack of courtesy to their tenants as they don't control their awful tenants who scream and fight at night and lack of notices when they do any maintenance work around the property.. I recommend not to move here unless you want to deal with paying more than 1300 for a very small square footage apartments during the time of inflation.

We strive to provide the best service and are continuously working to improve our management approach to better meet the needs of our residents, although the enforcement of policies can upset some and of course, some things are outside of our control like the construction style of the building.
