Someone keeps playing loud music enough to feel through the walls and floors way too late at night on the regular. Currently its midnight as I'm writing this and looking at reviews of what other people have said it looks like the staff don't bother assisting their tenants with this. I doubt even sending an email asking for assistance will help. I WANT TO SLEEP! Not be kept awake at ridiculous hours of the night.

I have stayed in this apartment for 10 months, and all I can say is 'Awesome'. The Edge has a great management team that is swift to attend to issues and ensure satisfaction. Also, the proximity to major locations, with the eclectic aura around here can not be overemphasized.

The neighborhood is great. Near lots of cool things and being close to downtown without having to be in downtown. Clean area. Downside is that we have a neighbor who blasts music sometimes during the day and also late at night at 12am and beyond and makes the walls shake. Wish something could be done without having to make noise complaints to the west sac police department.
