The worst property managers, i have ever experienced in my life. Do not live here! Management doesnt respond to emails, no staff onsite, the building is constantly falling apart (with no intentions of correcting) huge issues with the front door locking, garage doors staying closed, cleanliness, pool filth and overall disrespect for tenants. These issues are still not resolved after weeks and months of begging for our safety. We had to report them to the City of WeHo, after 30 plus days of not having our elevators fixed. They also randomly doubled our water/trash bills stating they werent turning in all the bills correctly when i paid the same price for over a year, then all of the sudden double. This is just scratching the surface. Look elsewhere!

Ive lived in thai building for over 20 years. Its home and it happens to be the best location in all of Los Angeles. Location, location, location as they say. Located next to Sunset Plaza & blocks away from Beverly Hills. Its the heart and central to all areas of LA. All the hottest spots from gyms, yoga studios, cycling, restaurants, bars, grocery stores are all walking distance. Also one of the best public primary & elementary schools in the country is walking distance as well. The building has recently been upgraded which is a major plus. The building has all you need including a swimming pool to enjoy the LA lifestyle. If you want to live in LA or moving to a new place this is the spot!
