The apartment building's owner at 8275 Fountain Ave will take double the rent as deposit, because they will make sure to use all of it when you move. You will not get anything back from your deposit. There is absolutely no security, all the bathroom windows on the first floor do NOT lock, nor close. Some of the furnaces are no longer in working order. There has been zero renovation done on the building for the past decades. Slumlord. The building has thin walls and most people in that building and the building opposite are addicts of some sort. Think twice before renting here.
