Awful building management. They do not take care of the building outside of the apartments. Any maintenance requests for your apartment takes days or weeks to address. One time there was water flooding from my ceiling and management (which is not on grounds) told me "it'll stop soon".
You should only live here if you need the location. But there are plenty of buildings around this area that are nicer.
Also, safety in this building is terrible. I have caught multiple unhoused individuals sleeping in our hallways and wandering throughout the halls. Packages are always stolen. There are no cameras.
The garage floods half the cars any time it rains.
DO NOT live here. If you are a realtor, do not show this place to your clients.
