Wow this branch needs to get their act together. I got here at 10 am today and only needed 2 things done and what should have taken 10 minutes took an hr! Wow

Worst bank that I've ever had to work with they do not care about their customers unless you have thousands to millions of dollars in the bank. If your account goes negative they put holds on your cash deposits check deposit transfer deposits but then want to charge you a fee every single time your transactions are being pulling you into the negative. This Bank makes no sense I will be removing my accounts from them and I'm sorry that I ever signed up with OneWest Bank don't do it I wouldn't recommend them to my family members or my worst enemy total headache totally annoying only person that was nice there was Araceli which was the personal banker other than that everyone else is horrible. They do not care about their customers especially during this pandemic don't go there.

This bank is the worst with customer service. I stood in like for 30 minutes and no one acknowledged that they would be right with me except the security guard. No one was standing at the tellers. This is why I've closed all my accounts here and why I no longer bank here. This branch is the absolute worst.
