        Been 3 days now that I have been calling during their normal business hours and no one picks up. Kicks me back to the main menu with the various options like making an in person appointment. I'm disabled. Can't make it in person thus I AM MAKING THE PHONE CALL!!! and my question doesn't need an appointment. Just a simple yes or no about direct deposit confirmation.
