        Such a frustrating experience here. The pick up was ok, the owner/manager is so frustratingly rude for no reason. Argued with me for not bringing tape and shouted that he would need to charge me (ok fine, do so), then asked why I used their address for a pick up. I honestly would not have returned but my order was split into two. On the second return, the experience was similar.
