      image I went in there to return some amazon packages. I was greeted with a smile by the young man at the counter. He was very helpful and patient while I took some time to pull out my return codes. I usually go to the ups store in el Cerrito where the service is horrible. What a difference. Please keep up the good work.

      image The place is open as stated. The people are efficient and knowledgeable. Parking is best when outside of lunchtime. Parking lot is next door , but can be tight to maneuver out. Meters start before 10am.

      image Horrible customer service and ridiculous ripping off prices it costs $3 to print their .20 cent copies what joke never coming back here. They wont let me plug in my usb to the print one file its mandatory to use there computer then print.
