This was my first time going to this location and I will most likely avoid going there again - Customer Service in this location is the worst, the person in the front desk, did not guided us properly, never gave us a proper answer and we ended up paying way over that we needed. There were two people initially at the front desk and then just one for the flow of people coming in. If you aren't sure what you need to do or your parcel is big, be careful when going to this location, because they won't help you here. Extremely unhappy with the service.

I had to mail some packages for work and one of the workers wasn't wearing a mask while working with customers. How do you expect to ask patrons to wear a mask when your workers don't? Absolutely absurd considering how long we've been in this pandemic. Very wreckless; will not be coming back even if the workers were nice or helpful.

Yeah agree with some other posts, this place should be rated way higher. Super well organized, helpful and friendly service by the employees there.

This post office location should be rated much higher. I went there a week ago and everyone there was nice. John was very helpful when I asked him questions while I was standing in line. The guy was moving around helping customers. Also, , a Korean lady who helped me to ship a small package to El Salvador was very nice as well. She went over all of the available options with me and was very patient. Their customer service is great! Thank you!
