Brittany and the Lupe Kemper team are the BEST!!! The second we met with Britt we knew she was the one. Her knowledge of the real estate market is top notch, she knows all the neighborhoods and really listened to what we were looking for. We were negotiating on our home and she helped us get it under list price. Unheard of in this market and these times. We are so lucky to have met her and worked with her. She also helped us with writing up a contract for our rental property. In such a stressful time that was an incredible blessing on top of everything else she did. Thank you Britt, Lupe and Jake for everything! We are lifers and will not work with anyone else in the future!

The best real estate team in the east bay area! Lupe has been our relator for over 10yrs and managed both buy and sell transactions for us. Lupe and Brittany have a wealth of knowledge for the market and helped us get the most out of each our deals. We have been on the hunt for a home for years now and throughout this endeavor we have come across a number of agents. Fortunately for us one of those agents was Brittany and we are so grateful our paths crossed! I cannot emphasize enough at how taken care of we felt throughout the entire process from start to finish. From the moment we met, Brittany immediately wanted to understand what things excited us in a home to better understand us and what would work for our family. And from there was able to leverage this information to find properties that were catered to us. The best part is, we discussed our goals and Brittany made it her mission to set out and help us achieve them. We saw so many properties together in such a short time that Brittany helped to make sure fit our schedules while also making sure we were able to find the perfect home for us.
Then once we found the one that was for us, she jumped on it and helped us make sure we had everything squared away with our lender so that we could make an offer that was best for us. We cannot stress enough how throughout the entire process she was so good at looking out for us as if we were her family. She helped us make sure that we felt comfortable with whatever step we were taking with choosing our lender to analyzing the property and to putting in our offer. She was so good at switching hats between both agent and friend (which is exactly what we had asked for and wanted in someone representing us and helping us navigate our home purchase). And even when things were being negotiated she really made sure that we walked into everything with eyes wide open, such as in understanding the financing, in understanding how to get the best deal for us, in making sure we got our own inspections done so that nothing went overlooked. She really understood that for us this is a huge purchase and she took that very seriously and that meant the world to us. And the level at which she was able to handle all of the coordination is amazing! She made it the entire process so easy for us by taking care of everything every step of the way, we felt like this was home buying on auto pilot.
She has made a customer for life in us and I genuinely hope you also have the same good fortune as us to work with her.
