My husband and I had the pleasure of having Marisa help us purchase our first home. She came recommended by friends who had also worked with her. I had an idea of what working with a realtor would look like and I was worried about feeling pressured during the process. I could not be more thankful for Marisa and the wonderful experience we had with her. She never rushed us into making decisions, there was no pressure at any point and ultimately she got us into a home that we love!! I think it's evident from the moment you meet Marisa, she is a professional that deeply understands the real estate market. Beyond that, she listens to what her buyers are looking for and her personal preferences never came into play. We had encountered other people that we didn't work closely with that would talk about what THEY liked about the home. Marisa would walk through a home with us and call out areas that had been updated, or that could be a concern. She would show us areas that could be improved to add to resale value. I can't sing Marisa's praises enough! She was highly referred by a close friend of mine, whom also found the perfect home via Marisa. From our initial meeting, to handing the keys over, Marisa was flawless. Seriously! She became part of our family in the short time we worked together. Marisa is a gem!We had the wonderful experience of working with her as we bought one home and sold another. It was absolutely ideal to be guided through this process by an agent like Marisa. She has many years of experience, a strong knowledge of the local market, excellent connections, an extremely warm demeanor, and positive, yet realistic, attitude. We reached out to Marisa a little over a year ago to help us purchase a new home, warning her that we were looking for some specifics that are very hard to come by and that we would be pretty picky in the selection process. Not only did our laundry list of must-haves not deter her, but Marisa helped us scout out neighborhoods of interest, weigh the pros and cons of buying a turnkey home vs. renovating, and tour many homes we thought might fit our criteria, all the while maintaining excellent communication with us. Never once did we feel like we were inconveniencing Marisa with our questions or feel pressured to make a decision with which we were not completely comfortable. After more than a year in a very difficult market, Marisa presented us with a home that we never would have found on our own, led us on multiple lengthy tours to review the property with a fine tooth comb, and helped us navigate writing an offer that ultimately landed us a beautiful home in an ideal neighborhood that was truly beyond our expectations. Afterwards, Marisa helped us prepare our own home to hit the market in a very short time frame. She took care of all the grunt work while working with our schedules, organizing to-do items like inspections and repairs, packing, cleaning, staging, marketing, and even helped maintain our home while it was being shown and we were out of town. Needless to say, we were very happy with the offers presented to us and our home sold very quickly. We are confident that this whole process went so smoothly due to Marisa's excellent advice, strategy and work ethic. Marisa is an awesome realtor. She has complete knowledge of the properties she is selling. She knows every little question regarding the inspection of the property, its details etc. It is difficult to handle home buying virtually. But, she helped us get our house coordinating over phone and emails. When my husband and I finally met her, all of us were so happy.Even after getting the house, she has always helped us with things like finding a Gardner, pest control people etc.
