Worst experience with a bank Ive ever had. The customer service is awful. Management and the bankers are useless and rude. Left in the middle of my meeting with a banker and went to the location in Danville. I recommend NEVER banking at this bank location.
The Danville location had the sweetest manager and the bankers were extremely knowledgeable about their credit card offerings.

Hey BOA headquarters people. Can't you hear us? The people at this branch are so rude and don't want to work, what can you do? I'm moving my business account to another bank. I'm just a paperwork hassle and that's it, but you're going to lose customers.

I called the Bank of America service center and was directed to a person on the phone who was going to sign me up for a certificate of deposit on some money I had after starting it up he said maybe you should go to your branch itll be easier so I called the branch and they said they dont have no appointments for me so I couldnt go to my branch. The call service would not take me so Im stuck with that anywhere to go to get this CD on this money thats sitting there doing nothing for me, the service of Bank of America is absolutely awful these days at the branch level. I cant believe it. Ive been with Bank of America for 65 years. Ive never experienced anything like this in my life.

Okay online banking. Terrible customer service. Dont expect any real banking help in a time you need it. Just go online. Not really sure what the branch is for.

It is seemingly useless to try to reach a human being by phone at this branch. No one answers and the phone then hangs-up. Now, thats service of which to be proud!!
